We have a dedicated kids table and kids menu, and our outside tables are a perfect spot to dine with your furry companions by your side.

Founder & Host

Dan is a 30 year veteran of hospitality, particularly in the progressive dining scene. Has has worked in and owned restaurants across the globe. From the uber famous Claridges by Gordon Ramsay, to Michelin Star places in Denmark, Quay & Wildfire here in Sydney, and Print Hall Perth, as well as his own restaurant Il Lido, in Cottesloe, Perth.

Jose MArcio santos

Chef De Cuisine

Jose is a Brazilian born chef that has made a huge contribution to Sydney’s Brazilian cooking fraternity. Jose worked alongside Dan whilst managing the meat section at Sydney’s most famous Brazilian restaurant, Wildfire. He now leads the cuisine program at Hume and together Dan & Jose are ready to set fire to the Lower North Shore dining scene.
